I downloaded the Netflix app to myNook Color over the weekend and it kept crashing so I gave up and deleted the app. I heard that Netflix is supposed to work on the Nook Color after installing the newest software. Has anyone had success?

Not why I have my Nook but it'd be fun to have the option to view movies on here if it works. Just wondering...

Neil (rucknrun) It is working for me. My daughter watches stuff on there all the time. Any time I am having a problem with the Nook, I power it off and back on and it seems to fix it. I am guessing there are all sorts of memory leaks.

Michelle (mgauffant) It's worked fine for me..though I've only watched one movie. at times the video seems slower than the audio but it catches up.

Shh (shhiamreading) On my Nook it tells me I don't have the correct operating system to show Netflixs. Any suggestions about what I might be doing wrong. I have an increased memory chip so it has lots of memory. Mine is the Color Nook. Help would be appreciated.

I didn't even see the option to download the app until I updated to the latest firmware. Could that be your problem? So far it's worked alright for me.

Yup! My NC has the latest firmware update. I'll try again and see what happens since I'm the only person that had issues.

Shh (shhiamreading) I can manage my netflixs account on my Color Nook...I just can't watch movies...I wanted to watch movies and I still can't.

Michelle (mgauffant) Ate you sure you have the correct apps?
I can watch Netflix movies on my nook color.
There is one for just managing your queue and one for watching your movies.
Just a thought
