Zyphyr grugdingly sat on the horse he had had for almost a year now. He hated horses and this one seemed much to happy with that fact. Slowly and carefully Zyphyr made his way through the woods hoping ot reach the kingdom safely.

Kyra knelt by a stream and dipped her hands in the water. It was cool and felt good against her fingers. Washing her hands before bringing some water to her lips Kyra glanced around letting the water wash agianst her tounge.

Isleas ran through the forest and saw aboy on a horse. The boy looked mad and the horse, digruntled. She said a spell and the horse calmed. She smiled and showed herself.

When the horse calmed Zyphyr glanced around a bit on edge. He saw the girl reveal her self and froze.

"That's better isn't it?" She asked

Zyphyr glanced down at his horse and back ot the girl. "You did that?"

"Yes." She pet the orses nose.

Zyphyr noticed something different about her and recognized it to be that of an elf. "I owe you thanks then."

"Your welcome." She looked into the horses mind.
"I am traveling to the same place as you, may I join you." She whistled and a unicorn came out.

Zyphyr stared in awe at the creature, it was the first time he had seen a unicorn. He looked back to her. "I would be delighted if you would join me," he said. "I am Zyphyr."

"I am Isleas." She said as she mounted the hors bareback.
(Pronounced: Iz-Lee-us)

"An honor ot meet you," he said. "What are you doing out in these woods?"

"Trveling."

Zyphyr nodded. "I see."

"What are you doing?"

"I m on patrols for the kingdom," Zyphyr said. "Making sure no beasts find their way in."

"My unicorn has been called a beast, what about him?"

"No, no," Zyphyr said quickly. "Dark and evil creature. I could never harm a unicorn."

She smiled.
"Would you allow me safe entrance to the kingdom, or may I staywith you awhile?" She said in her elven tone.

"You can stay with me if you wish," he said after blinking once.

She smiled and pet her steed.

Jameson walked around in the tree, feeling their back for distress or growth. Each tree had a story, from nearly being chopped down, to being a yearling that came from a seed that a robin picked up on it's first flight. He listened to each story contently.

It was nice in the woods, Shima decided as he made his morning rounds, picking flowers that were nessasary for medicines. He always liked the outdoors, just not the bugs. No, he hated the bugs.

Zyphyr heard something ahead. He placed his hand on his sword ready to pull it out if needed.

Kyra moved easily through th etrees. While she was still getting used to not be constantly surrounded by water, she enjoyed being able to feel the earth beneath her feet.

She smelled another presence.
"It's a man." She said curiously.

Zypyr moved forward a bit with his horse surverying the area.

Jameson walked along, not seeing the other beings.

She sighed.
"So, what is you life like, do you enjoy it."

"I am a soldier in the Kings army. I protect the area," Zyphyr shrugged. "Its fine, I have not seen my family for years but that is how it goes."

((any ideas for a general plot?))

"Kyra! Come quickly before it runs away!" Michelle called out. She was staring into the eyes of a baby unicorn, not much more than a few hours old. It's horn was barely as large as her pinky fingernail and it was white as snow. It stirred in it's restless sleep, dreaming of her mother returning.

Shima smiled, breathing in another deep breath of air. The area smelt so nice and...smoky? He stopped, reaching for his staff. Was there a forest fire?

Suddenly her Unicorn ran far into the forest
"Kara stop!" She yelled, when it came to rest by a baby unicorn.

"M'lady," Zyphyr said awkardly as she raced forward. He quickly followed after and stopped seeing the baby unicorn.

Kyra sighed staring through the trees. She enjoyed her freedom but sometimes . . . Her thoughts trailed when something caught her attention. Smoke? A fire?

She smiled down.
"Is it yours."

The unicorn lowred its head and neighed.

"Where is it...?" He turned, looking for any smoke. A grey cloud was floating over the forest area to the east. The man clapped his hands together, and began whispering a prayer under his breath as he ran towards where the smoke was coming from.

"Mine?" Zyphyr said shocked. "Bu-u-ut," He kneeled down next to the creature watching it cautiously.


Kyra looked around feeling frantic. Fire? She didnt like fire, it had always made her nervous.

Shima continued his chant, too focused on what he was saying rather than what he was doing. His ankle twisted, letting him fall forward, right infront of a girl (Kyra).

Agaisnt her will Kyra let out a shriek. She jumped back and stared at the figure that had fallen in front of her.

"No, It's m Unicorn's."

"Huh...?" The boy lifted his head, vision blurry for only a second, before they focused in on Kyra. A smile latched onto his face. "Well hello there~!"

"Oh," Zypyr said understanding. He watched the unicorn a bit more.

"Hello," Kyra said still confused. "What are you doing?"

"Oh!" He sat up quickly, looking around the area. "I was going to a fire..."

"You smelled it to?" Kyra asked. "I thought I was hallucinating."
