What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book around 1992-1996 when I was in elementary school. It's about a time machine in the guise of an arcade machine. The older brother (maybe named Jack) finds this out by accident when he's playing the machine. He gets transported into the future gets chased by soldiers then comes back. He tells this to his brother, who later on tries out the machine. He gets transported to the future where he meets YOS. Also a girl (maybe a sister) also get involved. The have to fix the future by doing something to do with a computer that's located in a company, re-programming it or something. Also there's a scene with a security guard dropping his keys on a kart or something.

I've tried looking for this on google, but since it involves an arcade machine I keeping getting titles of games, not books. Thanks.

Of course I can't find a copy at the local libraries so I'll have to do an inter-library loan, but that looks like that probably is it. So for now I'll change the status to Solved. Thanks very much.
