Glowing?! Really?!

I was shocked that the author kept her glowing. I felt it was unnecessary. She's already powerful as it is, we don't need her glowing. But that's my own opinion.
I honestly kind of laughed when she was described as glowing. All I kept picturing was a giant glow worm doll.
Actually, when i read it, I pictured Edward, from the Twilight movie, glowing, which annoyed me because I actually like this book. And I couldn't picture anything else. :(
i think the glowing actually was necessary to keep going and liked that it DID. it would be kind of harsh to live that way and people would probably be commenting nonstop aout it. i kno I wouldnt enjoy the attention.
i thought the glowing was completely pointless, but when they talk about how there are sparks when max touches her i makes a little more sense, and maybe it will continue to the next book. i hope not though
i found it symbolic of her new role in life. and i bet anything that the reason for it will be revealed in the sequel. i love kimberly derting, she never does anything without a reason. i have faith in her:)
