A Long, Long Sleep
question
Otto

What did you think about Otto? Aside from Rose, he was my favorite character. When they started 'chatting' I was pleasantly surprised at how normal he seemed. I'm not putting him down- I was just expecting him to be really reserved and mysterious, hard to understand. But he was totally awesome! I was kind of rooting for him and Rose to get together. Anyone have thoughts to share?
I want her to write a sequel purely because he'll be in it. Better yet, she should write a companion novel about him!
The book is basically about a girl who come out of statis because of a kiss-somewhat like sleeping Beauty- and tries to adjust to the world she wakes up in...and yeah :/
I liked otto as well but i think it's good they stayed friends! It was kind of a creepy ending in a way. I think it's fine the author just wrote one book, i think a second one would be pointless.

You're quite right -- Rose's story is done. That doesn't mean other characters don't have stories to be told...

What about her siblings? Novels about her tracking them down?
I loved him so much more then Brendan. He and Rose are my favorites.
There are gonna be more books about this topic, but they're stand alone books. You have to go to the authors page to see them. It's called No Life but This and isn't supposed to come out until 2014
I liked him. He was kind of weird but also cool, and I liked that he and Rose seemed to be getting together at the end. (Rather than Rose and Bren, which was awesome). A companion novel about him would be cool.
