Write in 2014 discussion

How do you feel about what you wrote in 2011? Did you find things that worked well or didn't work at all? Did you have to change your goals at any point throughout the year? What will you change and what will you keep the same for your writing goals in 2012, if you choose to keep the goals going? If you didn't start in January, then how is your writing coming so far?

The name of the group will be changing from Write in 2011 to Write in 2012 next week. If anybody would like to find a new picture for the group, that would be great.

If you want to create a new topic for the new year, go ahead and do so. Just PM one of us moderators to ask us to either delete or archive your 2011 topic.

2011 was not a good writing year for me. I started my topic in 2010 and made a little progress in my story (I think!) but in '11 I don't believe I worked on my stories at all. -_- The most I've done is worked out some story ideas in my head to use in my stories, but I haven't written most of them down. I'm hoping 2012 will be more successful for me with writing. I really want to finish my story. :-) Maybe I will join NaNoWriMo. :-)

I'm with Charmaine - 2011 wasn't as good as I had hoped. I did do some great essays for school, but my personal writing goals were not even near being met. This year is off to a good start, however. I am writing every day and feeling good about some of it. We shall see...!
