Leander kissed her softly, slowly pulling back. "Merry Christmas," he smiled at her.

"I'll make a point of it," Nicandro nodded. "I'm sure he'll come round," he smiled reassuringly. "Probably just learning what it is he can do and that life can have some good areas after where he's been. He's got to learn to understand the world. Why don't you speak with him later? Hm?"

"Thanks, dad," Josh grinned happily, setting them down again.

George smiled at Josh proudly before turning to Jonah. "So you'll teach him but not me. That's just favouritism," she pouted.

Akanna, Amhante and Drego appeared and walked around saying hello to everyone.

Lastly Shia strolled in, He seemed normal, like nothing was wrong. George rolled her eyes and watched through one of the windows, a part of her wanting to make a snowball fit to rival the rock in Indiana Jones roll round the corner and go over the brothers.
When they came back inside, she turned from the window and went to find Jonah. "Done?" She smiled at him.

Josh grinned at her. "Thanks, and I'm glad you made a new friend," he nodded.

"Well that's at least one problem solved," Freya nodded, an unwavering grin on her face as she looked at him.

"So if fighting is the comedy act, what do you call this?" Leander chuckled walking over to Schuyler.

"Fine, I won't do anything," Nicandro rolled his eyes at Cameron. "Hey, mum. How are you? Merry christmas," he nodded to Elise.

Josh laughed running as fast as he could with her through the house.

Leander looked at Shia with pure hatred in his eyes. He shifted, throwing Shia back away from him, and then prowled towards him, his tail raised and ready to strike.

Keane flicked his hands and the walls began to cave in on them.

Freya reappeared by George. "Excuse us for a second," she told Jonah, grabbing George and vanishing with her.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" George shouted, freeing herself from Freya's grip before realising what had happened. "Josh!" She cried, hurrying over to him. "It's alright," she said softly, hugging him.

"Come with me," Freya told Skylah and Josh, her compact still open in her hand.

George nodded to Josh, who then took hold of Freya's free hand, not quite sure what was going to happen to him but trusting George's instruction.

Freya smiled at George, nodding to say that she'd keep them safe, and took Skylah and Josh to another planet within the same universe for a few minutes, giving time to tell Keane off...

"Don't you ever! try to hurt Josh, or Skylah, ever again!!" George shouted at Keane, storm clouds forming over their heads, despite being inside. Lightning flashed across the ceiling as though underlining George's words.

Keane cackled, turning the house back to normal."I was only joking, relax. I promised my sister I would not collect from family."he said. He continued to laugh as he made his way to the table.

Shia was about to launch himself at schuyler when drego came behind him, putting an hand on his shoulder."let's eat."he said.
Shia wiped blood from his forehead and stood."fine."he said walking to the table.

Akanna nodded."I see. Seems as if a new power is on the rise. We will soon only become legends."

Fleur sat down with greg. And so did Elise.
Jonah sat next to George once he saw josh was safe.

Amhante put an arm around Cameron."your not alone. It may feel like all the responsibility is on you but it'll all work out, I promise. It's good to step back sometimes."he said taking the chicken to the table.

Jonah sighed."sorry Cameron, perhaps we can say some sort of grace?"

Shia crossed his arms. His eyes shifting over the crowd. They were blind, all of them, no one would see it coming.

Akanna frowned."only Amhante knows, though he does not tell me. I suppose I could guess who . Anyway all he said was that this new power will be the one to unite them all,as to the coming storm? I have no vision of a savior."

Freya reappeared walking out the window, acertained that it was safe, and vanished again to come back a moment later with Skylah and Josh.

Josh ran over to Jonah and George, hugging them, whilst giving Keane evils.

George watched the transactions between Epiphany and Keane amused.

"Epiphany, are you alright?" Leander asked her, just loud enough for her to hear.

"So with violence already accuring within our house, I guess the only thing to say is merry christmas everyone and good luck surviving into the new year," Nicandro laughed, holding his glass up in toast.
