I read Campaign Ruby and enjoyed it - I have the sequel Ruby Blues on my list for 2012. I also share Treespeaker as a TBR book too :)
I liked Campaign Ruby (and Ruby Blues!) as well. And I love the Obernewtyn series (am actually planning to re-read them all next year before I read the last one).
Bree, I may end up re-reading Obernewtyn as well. I tried to do without when The Stone Key came out, and just couldn't remember who was where. If only I could figure out how to get Goodreads to handle rereads gracefully, I'd be fine. Glad to hear the endorsements for Campaign Ruby. It looks like a lot of fun.
I think it's been SO long between some of these Obernewtyn books and they're so involved with lots of characters and story lines that get dropped and then reappear that it's hard to keep everything straight! I definitely want to feel that I am 'getting' everything going into the final book. There's going to be an online challenge read-along for all the books in the series next year if you're interested!
I also have the Tansy Rayner Roberts one to read. I used to read everything I could by Isobelle Carmody years ago. Your other picks are mostly new to me.
Hi Jet
Thanks for signing up for the AWW challenge this year. How did you go?
Have you seen this feedback survey? It would be great to have your response.
AWW survey
It's only 10 questions, mostly check boxes, takes 2 minutes, and will provide feedback to Bookseller & Publisher.
Even if you didn't reach your goal this year, your feedback is valued.
cheers
Elizabeth
