What do you love or not love about Kerrick?

I don't like him, I just don't.

same here, though he gets more likable...

i can respect his conviction, and i like him more at the end than at the beginning, but i think i need to read the whole series before i make up my mind ultimately

maybe not, but still when i first met Valek i thought he was a cold git but now he is one of my favourite literary characters, Kerrick has potential to gain a little favour back from us i think

Becky you give such reasonable arguments it's hard not to end up agreeing :P Fine, i'll give Kerrick the benefit of the doubt, I'll wait and see what happens (but I still don't like him very much ;P)

I'm not a huge Kerrick fan when it comes to (view spoiler)[ him being with Avry (hide spoiler)] but he does have some redeeming qualities. He is fiercely loyal to Ryne (view spoiler)[and hopefully just as loyal to Avry now (hide spoiler)]. I like his connection to the forest and as crazy as it sounds I like how Avry describes his 'smell'

Yes I love how is eye color changed I aslo really love his loyalty even if it sometimes makes him do mean thingd like chain people to trees. I like his respect for nature and at the end of the book you could see more why he was the way he was he understood more. I can't wait to see how he will grow and change in the next book because I think we are going to learn more about him and see a new side to him.
