The Brontë Family discussion

For discussion of Villette, Charlotte's last completed novel.

I haven't finished reading the book yet; however I must say that Charlotte was really an incredible writer. I don't know how but, at some moments, I really feel Lucy's emotions; even though the character is sometimes hard to connect with. I think it is the first time I've shed tears at a character's words of grief and feelings.
At the beginning, I made a real effort to keep on reading; now I can't get enough of it.
