One of my favorite books. I also liked most of the movies/TV series. A great, strong female character.

Yup and I wanna watch it. Gonna buy the DVD.
There are several. Check out your local library and see what they have. A toast to Jane Eyre!
There is and I personally did not care for it. I felt the casting was off. My personal favorite:
Jane Eyre [videorecording] / Miramax Films presents ; in association with Rochester Films Ltd, Cineritmo S.R.L., Flach Film, Mediaset and R.C.S. Editori S.P.A. ; Eurimages ; a Riccardo Tozzi production ; screenplay by Hugh Whitemore and Franco Zeffirelli ; produced by Dyson Lovell ; directed by Franco Zeffirelli.
Starring: William Hurt, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Joan Plowright, Anna Paquin, Geraldine Chaplin.

One of my favorite reads. A great story and I also liked many of the movies. Love Jane's courage and tenacity. A must read in my opinion.
I LOVE Jane Eyre. SO strong and couragious. Worth the read. All the movies/miniseries were entertaining too. Go JANE EYRE!

Hi Natshane, That one was regarding Jane Austen, not Jane Eyre. Check out the IMDB link here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0416508/
Jane Eyre is such a strong female character, who despite the heap of hell dumped on her, emerges to be a kind, compassionate woman. One of my favorites.
Great read, and a great film! I recently listened to the audiobook which was alos brilliant. A great story of courage, compasion and sheer deterniation....obviously why is has the title 'CLASSIC' :D
My daughter loves this book and is addicted to all movies, miniseries about Jane. I must admit, I admire Jane as well. A superb classic.

This is the one I've seen too, I really liked it!
I've not read Jane Eyre, nor have I seen any movies about it. I honestly can't believe myself. But I have it on the kindle, along with A Tale of Two Cities, and am going to make some room to squeeze them in sometime in the upcoming months ;)
