Challenging Readers discussion

This will be a fun one!! Pick any word from 4-7 letters long, then try to spell it out with book titles you've read. It can't be from books you've already read, only ones that you finish in the future. The word can be longer than 7 letter if you want a harder challenge.

Thats a good one. The books I have from the library all have titles that DON'T start with my letters. :( It might take me awhile to find ones with the titles I need.

Haha :) I'm sure you'll find some. What I usually do is look at my to-read pile, see the first letter I need, and then look it up to see if my library has it.

Thats smart. I might, but I might go in order from the first ones I put on my to-read list. It might take awhile though, I have over 300 to-read books. Ugh, plus I keep adding more and more. Oh well, it's worth it though. ;)

Yeah so far I have 274. I try not to add any more now because it's weird to me. I mean it looks like I don't read.

When me and my best friend go to the library together, she like picks out 50 books. NO KIDDING!!! Then her mom makes her put back 20 or so of them. It's fun though, we usually both get the same books 'cuz we both enjoy the same stuff.

I actually never browse around the library that much. I hardly ever do it. I just go online and order books because there is like no ya books there.

Really?!?! My library has a whole YA section in the back. It's filled with books. The trick to finding good ones is to look on the very top and very bottom shelves. No body looks down there hardly. I sometimes just sit on the floor at the library looking for good books on the bottom shelves. <:)

I do buy books because they look good ONLY if I like the summary as well. Sometimes I check out books only because of the cover I think...

Yeah, only if it's a series and I want to read the first one again.

Ditto, for the last part.

I only buy books if I read them and LUVED them.

OR

If I read and LUVED the first of a series, then I buy the next ones.
