Well, here we go I guess. I probably will complete this, though, if last year's slacker pace was anything to go by.
5/100
1) This book was...good, I suppose. Charlie Farquharson was before my time, but the humour still stands, and in a round-about way it does teach you about Canada. But the spelling was a real bite in the ass, and more often than not it caused my attention to drift elsewhere, which is why I gave it an overall rating of 4/5
2) A little below my preferred reading level, but it did hold a little intrigue for me, since I have read other works by Riordan and had enjoyed them. Still, it fell a little flat, causing me to rate it 3/5.
3) This book. This book. Goddammit it frustrates me like a cat does a dog. I hate half of the characters and have fallen in love with the remainder. More than half the time I want to reach inside it and strangle the protagonist for his stupidity, and offer comfort to his slighted Cepan. I can only hope that the sequel is better. 2/5
