Hi, Catherine. I put the book into Amazon's Select program and as a result I had to take it off of B&N and smashwords. This is the only problem with the Select program. What I am doing for people who would like the book is offering the print book, which I will sign, for $10, postage included. I don't make anything on the book at that price but I want everyone to have access to it.
