There was also one with an LG HDTV, but I couldn't find it on YouTube. The punch line was uttered by the woman as she stood next to the TV and saw Santa loading up a stocking: "Uh-uh. Daddy don't want no cologne."

I don't see many commercials because I don't watch TV. I watch online with ad blocker....if ever forced, I mute.

For their Mad Men cover, Newsweek revived their masthead and fonts from that era, and invited ad agencies to submit appropriately retro ads. Not as sexist as the real ads from the era, and entertaining either way.

Peter Frampton was phenomenal in Humble Pie alongside Steve Marriott in the early 70's and his early solo career was still pretty damn good, although I am sick to death of anything from "Comes Alive." He can still play though. Now he shills for Geico and here for Buick:
