I have remained largely silent on GoodReads of late under the wise precepts of the old saying, "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and prove it."
But since I would like to become more active on GoodReads, I really need to know how to do certain things which are obviously...well, obvious...to everyone else. I would like to post excerpts from my books, for example, and at one point somehow managed to do so with my book "The Butcher's Son." But I was never able to remember how I did it and have never been able to do it again.
Even such a simple thing as posting a comment or an announcement or a question is far too often beyond me. Unless there is a specific button saying "Post a Comment Here", I'm lost. Otherwise, what I see is, in effect, "To initiate the Framistizer option, simply underscore X in the digital decapulator column, then...."
So any information anyone might be kind enough to give me would be much appreciated.
