What did everyone think of this episode?

It was pretty interesting....Although Elena giving Klaus Rebecca I don't think her plan gone as planned (lol)

Anyone have any ideas of why the ring that Alaric was wearing didn't heal?

overall it was pretty good though...espcially we got to see a little Damon + Elena scenes. :) and a kiss at the end of the episode.

I think Klaus and Caroline seemed pretty random to me.Klaus never paid any attention to Caroline before and now suddenly , he is crushing on her? very strange.Also,Caroline has been tossed around by the men in her life,I don't like it at all.
And contrary to popular opinion, I found this episode a little boring.
Alaric's ring does not heal coz I think these rings have a limited ' shelf life' or something but I am not sure.
The best thing about the episode was obviously Damon and Elena at the porch.I am glad you are a DE'er too Graziella :)

would be interesting to know, if maybe Bonnie could "fix" Alaric's ring.
I think you two are speaking about two different episodes, cause the Klaus/Caroline thing was in "Our Town".
The Damon/Elena scene in the end was so sweet!

Yes Julia you are right , I was talking about the latest episode of TVD while Graziella was talking about the one previous to that :)
Nevertheless what we three are talking similarly seems to be Damon and Elena ! Waiting for some more scenes in the nest episode !

I think Klaus getting to Caroline is part of his scheming to get stefan to give him his family.

I think Stefan is faking to have turned off the humanity? what says everyone about that?

Stefan thinks he lost Elena forever and therefore the only thing he has left in his opinion is his revenge. if he would stop for a second and think twice he would maybe see that he has still his humanity and could even fix his relationship with Elena! he did terrible things, but was forced to do them and Elena knows that! so if she really loves him, why should she not forgive him! IMO

this Klaus/Caroline thing is quite interesting, too!

Stefan swore he was a bad boy until Elena told him she kissed his brother and then his whole ego had just shut down completely and he dissevered that and then you could tell that his emotions were coming back and he was upset

I think Stefan is faking turning off his humanity and Caroline might be a plan in the great scheme of things for Klaus.

I want to see where Klaus will take this whole caroline thing too.

I'm also curious to find out how he feels that Elijah is back. lol...

True Graziella, I guess we will find out next week, I wonder how Elijah is going to react and manage things, now that he's back ! I guess we all will know about Caroline and Klaus in 3x14 - the ball episode :)

Well I think that Elijah is going to help out Damon and them but is also willing to help out Klaus as well but for an arrangement to be done... Who knows

hmmm...it is hard to say lol. He did help them out before...and then betray them afterwards...and all because Klaus said he will show him were his family is. and he lied about that :(

so lets see if Elijah is going to be as trusting as he was before. some how I doubt he will be. :)
