We need innovative and fresh ideas to get the message out about our books and a mobile website is another means to gain readership for our books. There are millions and billions of cell phone and mobile device users on planet earth.

Ok, Don't mobile devices hook up to the web. I heard someone say that the internet is dead because of these smart phones, etc. Do they change what people view and how they do it? Are blogs and websites becoming obsolete?

I'd love an explanation as I must be missing something.

Hi Susan, no the internet is not dead. A myth! A mobile website is just another way to get info out aboaut your book. It's a another avenue for marketing.

I have some luck with some php and css when I go look at my web site which works well on most platforms. My problem seems to always be the menus. I don't want more than one page or blog and I want it to load seamlessly everywhere. But that css menu gives me help on my android and my php menu does not always respond to touches. I can't blame it on latency. Anyone have ideas or know what I am talking about. Help in the hood.
