I edited out a part, making it less confusing. It is an excerpt from a novel I am writing. The novel is a mix of fantasy, romance, and mystery. I took out the part that would be most difficult to explain, yet it gave away a crucial part of the mystery. Sorry that I've been rambling on and on.
