"Thank you!" He said, before she disapparated. He took a seat in one of the chairs and waited for the healer to arrive.

"What happened???????!" Swaroop cried as he rushed into the hospital room.He was shocked watching Emma covered in blood on the hospital bed.

Rhode got up when he saw Swaroop. "Oh good, you're here!" He said, releived. Looking at Emma, he added, "I'm not sure. I just found her lying on the floor in the middle of the hallway, unconsious and covered in blood. So I took her to the Hospital Wing and Madame Pomfrey brought us here."

'This must be Matthew again!' Swaroop shouted angrily.I will look after him later.Now I have to be here with Emma'he said and sat beside the bed where his love was lying unconscious.'Thank you Rhode for bringing her here quickly',he added.

Emma heard voices in the hospital room and slowly opened her eyes.

"You dont have to thank me. You would have done the same thing." He said.
Just then, he realised Emma was starting to open her eyes.
"She's waking up!" He said, eagerly.

'Hey Emma!'Swaroop whispered.'She needs rest'he said.

"Hey," she said, smiling weakly.

'Don't worry,you will be fine soon' Swaroop whispered to Emma.

She tried to sit up and her face immediately paled.

Gemeiac was on her way to check on Rose when she accidentilly went in the wrong room. "Oops! Sorry, I did- Emma! What the heck happened to you!? You look as if you just felt the dimentor's kiss!" Gemeiac said in shock.

"Close enough, I guess," Emma said.

"Well, care to fill us in? It also looks like someone beat you up!" Gemeiac blurted.

"Matthew beat me up in the Halls. There's not much more to the story," Emma said.

Gemeiac fumed. "Did you know he almost did the same thing to me? Lucky I had my wand in hand during that. Honestly, he's alot younger than you, and I can see hopless love blooming in his eyes whenever I see him. He's really dumb, if you ask me. Beating up a girl that's older than you is definite no."

"I agree," Emma said. "Anyone seen Hracie's charrie, Katie?" Emma asked.

"If memory serves me right, Airees said she snuck into his dorm with a few others. One of them got a nasty suprise for sitting on his bed." Gemeiac said.

"Well, my dad is Head of the Wizengamot, so we can have Matthew trialed and punished." Rhode said, nodding to the other room where his father lay.

"That sounds lovely. But how can you punish him without the proof? And how can you punish Matthew without a Matthew? I know, dumb question, but he's probably hiding, or something." Gemeiac said.

"Well, thats why we have arours aswell. Aurors will probably be assigned to tail him and collect proof. Add Emmas statement and it will be more than enough to convict him." Rhode explained, crossing his arms over his chest.

'I will go and catch Matthew,leave that to me' Swaroop said.

"And what if I said, as head of the Auror office, that we already had someone tracking him?" Emma asks.

"Well, Matthew probably told Emma not to tell us this, and if he breaks outa Azkaban, he'll probably beat her up again, and again, and again!" Gemeiac stomped her foot. "Oh, I just wish I could punch him in the face!"

Rhode snorted. "He won't be able to break out. He isn't that talented a wizard." He said to Gemeiac.
Turning to Emma, he said, "Do you?"

"Let's just say that the Auror office has enough evidence to get him a one way trip," Emma said. "After all, there was a third person in the hall."

Pyseeus walked in. "Oh, hey, Gemeiac. What are you doing here?" she said. "Well, I could ask you the same thing." Gemeiac said. "In case you haven't noticed, I work here. Shouldn't you be checking on Rose?" Pyseeus raised an eyebrow. Gemeiac rolled her eyes. "Gotta run guys. Hope you feel better, Emma!" she called over shoulder. Pyseeus turned to Emma. "Care to tell me?" she said examining her wounds.

"Sorry. Confidential," Emma said apologetically.

'That would do great!'Swaroop said. 'He wont be able to escape Azkaban,he is still a student' he added.

"Lemme guess: someone beat you up. You have some nasty bruises on your arm." Pyseeus said.

"If you don't mind, I do need to get back to the office," Emma said. "Just a minor crisis." She untangled herself from the sheets and stood up. "Where's my wand?" she demanded.

"Sorry, can't let you do that. But maybe if you ask Kansir and Skorpius to find your wand, I'm not stopping you." Pyseeus said with a twinkle in her eye. "The Ministry hides the wands in this building, and that's all I know. Good luck!" she called and left the room.

Jenna ran in and looked at Emma, "Matthew did this didn't he." she said her voice barely above a wisper.

'You can't leave in this state' Swaroop said to Emma. 'Tell me,what work,I'll do it for you' he added assuring her.

"Did Matthew do this?" Jenna asked Swaroop.

'Yes,it was Matthew again!I won't leave him this time'Swaroop whispered angrily.

"I am going to go and find Matthew, and hopefully will return with him." Jenna said turning toward the door.

Jenna followed Emma out, "Do you think that I can summon your wand?" she asked Emma.
