You rise into the arena, and darkness hits your eyes. Thick, stuffy air meets your nose. As your eyes adjust, you realize you are inside a stone castle, probably the dungeons of it. You can see the Cornucopia in front of you, filled with supplies. As you turn in a circle, you see staircases leading up and down. Do they lead to safety or certain death? Then the gong rings, and you are off!
THINGS TO NOTE (remember that your characters don’t know this until later in the roleplay, but you as the controller do):
1. You are in an old castle. It is huge. When you exit, you come out to a courtyard where empty peasant houses are. Beyond is a small forest.
2. There are many animals and plants to eat. There are many fountains and stream from which to drink.
3. Some bricks in the floors and walls trigger traps, such as passage collapsing, poison darts being shot, ect.
4. IMPORTANT: THE ONLY WEAPONS IN THE CORNUCOPIA ARE MIDEVAL WEAPONS. If in doubt, go check it in Google or something.
5. This arena also has mythical creatures. Dragons, phoenixes, unicorns, etc. all roam about. Pretty much whatever you can think up.

Please remember that there are only 8 participants, as this is the first Hunger Games. It is meant to punish the 8 districts that brought about the rebellion.

Participants:
Tessa
Cammie
Cazix
Alexis
Clara
Emma
Alex
Matthew

As soon as the gong sounded, Emma ran to the cornecopia. She seized a bow and arrow.

Alex sprinted to the cornucopia with force, grabbing a ax and 5 packs, then some daggers and a sword, he picked up a sharp rock and threw it at the only other male tribute, wanting to kill, in his perspective, the only real compition

Emma seized a backpack and darted up the stairs. She hoped they wouldn't give way as he continued to climb.

Helen [Let it Snow] Clara sprinted to the cornucopia as soon as the going sounded, grabbing a longbow. Jabbing it in the random direction of a tribute, she raced off into the shadows.

Alex ran to the dungeon,

Helen [Let it Snow] Running as fast as she could, Clara raced to the forest, the safest place for her. Slinging the longbow over her shoulder, she glanced around once more and disappeared into the trees.

Alex loked down at his weapons, he swore, angry that the arena was a castle, he thought it would be all outside

Emma steadily climbed the spiraling staircase until she emerged at the top of a crumbling tower. She crouched out of site, bow loaded, and poised to attack anyone who climbed up the stairs.

Jenna leaped over a log and grabbed a bow and quiver of arrows and some knives and made a rin for it.

Lunariette | 11 comments Juniper, startled by the gong, immediately raced into the depths of the Cornocopia, going for the last quiver of arrows. She tripped over a backpack, snatched it up, and rolled deeper into the Cornocopia in one fluid motion. A whistle reached her ears, and she ducked just a knife whizzed past her head, embedding itself in the golden interior of the Cornocopia. There was no doubt - she was being targeted. She snatched up the bow and arrows, and slung the pack over her shoulder, rolling off to the side to avoid another knife. She headed to a dark passageway that looked empty, and heard another knife come whistling her way. She blindly swung out with the bow, incredibly hitting the knife and embedding it in the soft wood. That would damage the bow, but at least she also had a knife now.
