I couldn't care less what the film critics who aren't fans of the book think, but when the majority of fans are thrashing the film....

The movie was great...I mean of course it could have been better but thats just because we all love the book so much. Considering the difficulty I'm sure they had with cutting an almost 500 page book into a 200 page script I think that they did an amazing job. Yes some things got left out but all the important stuff is there. If you watch the movie as it is and don't tear it apart comparing it to the book its very good!

I love Twilight so much, the series is one of my very favorites. I have read it three times through. I saw the movie and it was okay. Not as great as I had hoped. The story didn't really move along and a lot of things were shown that a person not familiar with the books might not really get. A lot of the plot wasn't included and we didn't get to know the characters well enough. They could have added another thirty minutes to the film to explain the story a bit more. There were scenes without dialogue that took way too long that could have been filled with more important details.

I thought the movie was terrible compared to the books. There was no character development, the romance between Bella and Edward was rushed, Kristen Stewart has no personality. When I went to see it, there were many, many moments when the audience were cracking up when it was obvious the scene wasn't supposed to be funny. Of yeah, and how cheesy were some of the running scenes- especially the one with Bella on Edward's back. The members of Cullen family had about, oh I don't know, one line each? The only time I saw chemistry between Bella and Edward was the kiss. All in all, I was extremely disappointed. Thank God for Mike and Charlie- they were breaths of fresh air.

Oh I disagree with most of that, but yes, Charlie was hysterical. I mean:
"Bring him in." and then he like cocks his gun? Everyone laughed so much. Mike was just wow...
"I don't like it..." soo cute!

I agree it was sooo funny! And mike was great!!!

Saw the movie last night and I LOVED it! It was exactly how I thought it would be. I thought Jasper looked funny. Kind of like a gay male model, ha. Oh and there was not nearly enough kissing!!!!!

Anyway, it was amazing. I wanna see it again and I can't wait for the other ones!

Michelle, you'd be better off going by what Critics and people who haven't read Twilight say about it. THe fans of the books are really critical of the movie..so you can't exactly get a fair review. But I think you should watch it XD

Ok so I just went to The internet movie database and when you enter New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn it says 2010, 2011, and 2013. It doesnt show any pictures or give any info but they are all there so at least we know they are thinking about making them.....YAY!!!!!

2010!!! that long!!! But at least they're coming out...

Yeah I know it seems like forever but it was like that with Harry Potter 2...=(

yeah, I was soooo happy when I saw the preview for the 6th one in Twilight..I hope its good, comes out like next summer, rite?

They didn't show that preview here...what jerks!!!! Yep I think its in july.
