Um, uh, hard to explain, parodied and could be taken slightly offensively. . .

Axis powers Hetalia is a short, random anime where each country is represented as one character without tearing down anybody for their beliefs and past actions. Everyone has done something that isn't to be proud of in their history, so it's understood not to be mentioned. Especially death tolls and etc.

There's a big difference with what is actual Hetalia and what the fans see. Here's some short clips, it's appropriate, don't worry. I'm not cruel.
