The chicken breasts we used were huge, so if you use smaller ones... say an "A" or "B cup" breast, maybe cut the cooking down by 5 minutes during each baking.
LOL!!! You know, you can't have too many laughs or smile enough!! And yes, Goodreads threads are always good for both.
Speaking of breasts... did you ladies see this? I first saw it posted in the SOS group. Not Safe For Work... kinda http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsyE2r...
Tried the recipe last night, Dhestiny! It was a hit! My family loved it and I'm guessing it will be on the menu frequently. FYI, I used "B" cups and baked for 30 minutes. Thanks for sharing this yummy treat.
Yay! I'm so glad you loved it, Anne! My daughter wants to try it next time we make lasanga. I think it'll be awesome!

Ingredients
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 T Olive Oil
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon or so of chili pepper flakes (optional)
2 Cups spaghetti sauce
¼ C chopped, fresh basil
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
4 ounces shredded Parmesan
1 - 5 ounce package of garlic or Italian croutons
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a 9x13 dish put olive oil and garlic in the bottom and spread around evenly. Sprinkle with chili pepper flakes. Layer chicken breasts and then top with 2 Cups of spaghetti sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
After cooking the chicken for 30 minutes remove from oven and top with the basil and ½ of the cheese - 4 ounces of mozzarella and 2 ounces of Parmesan. Then evenly layer a 5 ounce package of croutons and then top with remaining cheese and bake another 20-30 minutes.
