I have read it, I really liked it. I'm a big Terry Pratchett fan, and I loved Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman, too.
I have just about finished this one, just got the interviews at the end to read. I found it funny and I loved the basis for the story. I did find some tiny parts did lag though. I think I shall be giving it three stars, if we had half stars then it'd be three and a half.I've got Anansi Boys to read at some stage as well.
I like Terry Pratchett a lot as well, the Discworld books are hilarious! I've only read graphic novels by Neil Gaiman, but I loved those! I plan, however, on reading American Gods by Gaiman soon...
I loved this book! It actually caused me to laugh out loud while reading it. I'm a huge Neil Gaiman fan, but have yet to read anything by Terry Pratchett. I received The Color of Magic for Christmas and am hoping to start that one soon.
Kim, if you have The Color of Magic, you have to get The Light Fantastic as well. They are so closely connected that you will need to read them both...

I thought this book was great! It got me into reading more of Neil Gaiman's works and I like it. There's a dark humor to it that's appealing to me. His Smoke and Mirrors anthology was good.
I think it's quite a clever book. Very funny at points, though I agree that sometimes it did seem to drag a touch.
Its more a Pratchett book than a Gaiman book if you know what I mean. Pratchett is an interesting author for me... I've read maybe 5 or 6 of his Discworld novels and while I do find them amusing, they never really elevate themselves beyond being "just ok" (or 3 stars for when I rate them here at Goodreads :-)) Good Omens was the first one of his I read, so it must have been good enough that I picked up the others...
I recently bought this because I am listening to a Gaiman audio book. I hope it's enough Gaiman, since I like his style.
I really enjoyed the book K. I think you will too.
