I'm going to lock this thread off so that only moderators can edit it. We don't particularly want threads cluttered by advertising spam. As the guidelines above rather clearly reflect we want politeness, warning of spoilers, linking to books where appropriate and your enthusiasm around books and movies together! In short, what Zeljka says above is what the guidelines for this group stand as. However I must sadly add an extra guideline. Respectfully we would ask that you avoid merely using this group as a billboard for advertising because while we understand your desire to spread your sites, books and other merchandise this is not what our group is really about. We want engagement with books that have film versions or are going to have film versions. Or engagement with the films linked into the books and we hope to see your enthusiasm channelled into great discussion! See you round!

* You are absolutely encouraged to express your opinions, but be also polite and respectful to the other members’ opinions. Any kind of verbal abuse, trolling, spamming and advertising won’t be tolerated.
* In the discussion threads, please refrain from revealing any spoilers without previous warning. Some people haven’t read the book or seen the movie.
* When posting, if you mention the book for the first time in that particular thread, put a Goodreads link to it. Same is recommended for the movies (we suggest, if they do not have their own websites, then IMDB links), as many aren't named after the actual books. The discussions would be easier to follow, but of course it is not obligatory.
* When nominating a book, please keep in your mind that proposed book(s) and movie(s) should be in some way available to the members. While the discussions may be followed without one of the requirements, it’s impossible to do so without both.
* New discussion folders and threads in general require moderators’ permission, as we wish to avoid possible and unnecessary folder and thread duplications, spamming and advertising.
* And the last, but not the least important, new ideas and suggestions for improvements will be more than welcome!
