Body found abandoned at Johnston Park. Adolescent female, blonde hair, short stature. Vic unidentified, body in rigor mortis. Time of death approximately 9:00-15:00. No signs of struggle. Single tracheal cut transects the carotid artery. Wallet in vic's pocket, all ID cards removed, cash left. Phone missing. Scene found by an unidentified pay phone call. Caller is an unidentified male.

Vic identified as Olivia Whalts.

Unsub is suspected to be a known serial killer working under the nom de guerre 'The Writer'. The Writer is known to torture his victims for one week through methods of water torture as well as other methods that leave virtually no visible trace. After one week he stuffs a letter down the vic's throat and slits it. Contents of this letter are still unknown.

An official police statement will be made to the public soon. Until then, all knowledge of this case is confidential. Anyone aware of Olivia Whalts death will be brought in for questioning under suspect of murder.

Letter identified. It reads as:
You ruined my life, I ended yours.

Murderer identified as Alexander Johnston.

Jury found Alexander Johnston not guilty of all charges.
