Lawyer (goodreadscommm_sullivan) Picked up my copy today. The reviews are excellent. Looking forward to this read and the discussions to come from it.

Bree Garcia I couldn't put this book down. It was absolutely terrible (the subject) and wonderful at the same time. I found myself smiling a lot more than I was crying. I've never read John Green before, but I think he writes teenagers really well. It sounded like my sixteen year old cousin telling me a story. This book also taught me patience, because I assumed I knew how the story ended and flipped to the last page to see if I was right...Don't do that! =)

Thats so funny! I was so tempted to rush and peak and the end too (talk about peaking at your Holiday presents early!) but I'm so glad I didn't. The build up is so well crafted.

Shelly Shaffer (shellyshaffer) | 15 comments I am about halfway through. I have read almost every one of John Green's books already, and this is one of his best. I am only halfway through this one, but I will probably finish it today.
One of my son's friends just found out that he has cancer (Lymphoma) and he is only 18 years old. This book really hit home for me in that way. So sad, but hopeful at the same time.

I've started reading this, and it's good so far.

Farrah I loved this book. This is the first John Green book I read and I have added his others to my TBR. I had my step-daughter read it too and we just fell in love with it. I finished it on Superbowl Sunday, and cried and was so sad for the Superbowl even though my NY Giants won. LOL. But it was such a great book, beautifully written.
