I did enjoy it... but I have mixed feelings about it. Yes, I thought it was brilliantly written, but I really didn't like the whole travel back in time thing. I especially liked Andi's character, and I felt the diary entries were not as well written (although maybe that was the point, since they were someone's diary, not a literary masterpiece).
It was especially nice to see that Jennifer Donnelly has such a varied style of writing. I absolutely loved her Tea Rose series, and this was such a different venture.

Ok, I feel really ashamed of myself. First, because I have not read this book and secondly because I have this book and didn't read it. I have heard good things about this book so hopefully this year I will get to it.
I simply won't allow you to feel ashamed for something like that! Do you have any idea how many books have been sitting on my shelf for YEARS? Just waiting to be read, and I pass over them time and time again for something else that holds my interest more fiercely!
And there is certainly no shame in enjoying books. :)

Thank you Lindsay, I feel so much better. I do want to read the book for April "Divergent". It looks good.
I was @ Barnes & Noble yesterday and they had a sticker on "Divergent" saying that it was Goodreads book of the year. I was like that's my website! :)
That would have made me thrilled to see! Goodreads isn't so big around here, but I'm doing my best to spread the word. ;)
