Okay I found this on a clothing website. I did a (major) search and found the quote is part of a letter posted on a website called "Quotes Clothing". Here it is in full:
My dear,
Be the kind of woman that people make way for. Be the kind of woman that takes responsibility into her own hands, and does something with it. Be the kind of woman whose accomplishments makes people stutter when they talk to her. Be the kind of woman who doesn’t let the fact that she doesn’t have it all figured out hold her back.
Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says, “Oh crap, She’s up!”
Falsely yours,
A. Nonymous
Don't know where it came from originally, but this is the only site I could find the entire source of the quote. Wouldn't it be hilarious if it was originally written for marketing clothes?

I'm not surprised you couldn't find it. It was just one of those "how did I manage to find that?" moments.
