Our theme is Apocalyptic/Post-apocalyptic/Dystopian books.

What's Offshoot mean?

Books that are connected but not need to understand a series. Like how Ender's Game series has a offshoot series from the point of view of another character Ender's Shadow or Vampire Academy has an offshoot series from another character Bloodlines or the Warrior series has a bunch of guides, manga, and specials that aren't need to understand the series but are nice to have.

I have: and that I got for Christmas to read.

Wow. I have heard of none of those. Will have to check them out.

Most of them I found out about through a group on here that finds books that people can't re-find and I have another one I forgot to add to that list I think I got from a friend on here adding it: Genesis

Cool. I have Genesis as one of my to-reads.

Started and am over half way through, I plan on reading next.

Finished , I liked it but was shocked by the ending. I started which is so far pretty good.

Finished I didn't like it and have no idea how you could turn it into a movie and started .
