Rachel the Book Harlot | 217 comments Hello Everyone! We are now taking nominations for our March group read. This month's theme is the Fun-Loving Dangerous Hero. You know the type - the cocky badboy who is always ready with a witty comeback. He's hot, he's sexy, he's dangerous, and he loves it. And while he just might shoot you, he'll do it with a wink & a smile.

So who he is your favorite fun-loving-cocky-sexy dangerous hero?

**Nominations Deadline: Friday, 2/10.

Rachel the Book Harlot | 217 comments ZOMG I LOOOVE Ian!!! Faithmarie, you are a woman after my own heart. :)

Unfortunately, Ian does not have a book yet but Jeaniene Frost does plan on it at some point. She said he's just not ready to settle down yet but he's getting closer. lol

Rachel the Book Harlot | 217 comments Not wrong at all! LOLOL!! There is a great novella JF released recently titled, Home For the Holidays, in which Ian plays a huge role. It's in The Bite Before Christmas (Argeneau, #15.5; Night Huntress, #6.5) by Lynsay Sands . It takes place after Book 6 & the NH World books (Spade & Mencheres books) though so it will contain a lot of spoilers but I would definitely recommend it once you're done with Book 6. :)

Not yet. It's Spade, Mencheres, and Vlad's book is coming out 6-26-12. Ian's is not out yet... can't wait though

Okay my nominations:
The first book that popped into my head was Nalini Singh's Play of Passion

But I've also got GA Aiken's What a Dragon Should Know cuz his character is funny and the book is overall a comedy

And I think Gena Showalter's The Darkest Surrender definitely fits the Fun-loving Dangerous Hero description

Love them all!
I just finished Spades book.... I loved him... How was Mencheres... I can wrap my mind around him being young looking ... my brain goes to one of the guys in the Twilight movies ... one of the valtari.. the old one ..... Ahhhhhhh
LOL

Mencheres book was great too though I think I liked Spade's story more.

S (booksstarsmoon) Here are two suggestions which seem to include fun loving bad boys:

Head Over Heels with a swoon-worthy sexy sheriff *sighs* "who'd like nothing better than to tame her wild ways"

Game for Anything with "the bad-boy quarterback with a dangerous edge" who show the heroine how fun it is to be bad :-)

Fun! I just got the second book in that series Storms Heart (http://www.goodreads.com/book/photo/9...) from the library. I'll have to read it this week so I am ready for What a Dragon Should Know!

Michelle(Chelle) aka Nightshade - Cake Whisperer (michmag) @Teresa - Storms Heart is from another series, different author.
