Where is it set?
Who's your fav character?

My fav characters are Jace (currently Herondale, but you never know...) and Izzy Lightwood, I love it when a girl can kick some butt

Favourite character is Simon for sure. I just find him hilariously adorable. I mean, come on:
“That's why when major badasses greet each other in movies, they don't say anything, they just nod. The nod means, 'I' am a badass, and I recognize that you, too, are a badass,' but they don't say anything because they're Wolverine and Magneto and it would mess up their vibe to explain.”
Okay, Jace is pretty good too, with his:
“I don't want to be a man," said Jace. "I want to be an angst-ridden teenager who can't confront his own inner demons and takes it out verbally on other people instead."
"Well," said Luke, "you're doing a fantastic job.”
and
“Not everything is about you," Clary said furiously.
"Possibly," Jace said, "but you do have to admit that the majority of things are.”
But Simon has the dorky vibe which I love *dreamy face*.

Okay, here's a question for you about the mortal instruments series... should I read the next two books after City of Glass? I've enjoyed it enough so far, but I've heard that the rest of the series is less awesome, so just wanted to hear your thoughts on this.
Something for us to talk about now:
What would happen on the occasion that Will and Jace met each other. Will would obviously be in modern day, and Jace wouldn't know he was from the past or whatever. Would they have an 'ego-off' or something?

And I think that you should read the next two :) I liked City of Fallen Angels, but not as much as I liked the first three. But I haven't read City of Lost Souls yet, but I think it's going to be really good. CoFA is sort of like a first book in the series again, so it's setting up the new story and villan. I think that may have been why I didn't like it as much, not as much going on. But there will be lots of exciting stuff in CoLS I'm sure :D I think give them a go :) You might like them you might not, won't know unless you try right?
I think Will and Jace would say something really f-u-n-n-y and then laugh and then smile and then go do something together.

Yes, I've read Clockwork Prince and the reason I'm saying 'ego off' is because it'd probably be *SPOILER KIND OF* in his nature to do so, plus Will will have probably gone back into his hole of sadness and darkness.

Yes, it was his true self, not his forced meaness.

I stack mine in order of publication, so I have the first 3, then clockwork angel, city of fallen angels, clockwork prince, and then ciy of lost souls. I am trying to decide whether to change it or not at the moment. I have just always wondered how everybody stacks their books from these series.

I AGREE WITH WHAT YOU SAID IN THE SPOILERS, which I am not going to elaborate on because I don't want to make unhappy spoiler bunnies.
I was actually incredibly tempted to buy the next two books (lost souls, fallen angles) yesterday at the book shop but I could only afford one and they had Insurgent (teehee) so I got that instead.

did you like Insurgent? I thought it was great, liked it very much

I can't believe you haven't read them! I finally got Insurgent today :D I am going to read it as soon as I finish City of Lost Souls. You should buy them and read them as soon as you get the chance!

So did I!!! Wikipedia has all the answers.....

It has to be someone with Clary again, because she has been on Fallen Angels and Lost Souls, so it would go with the theme. Also has to be two people. So Clary and someone. I was thinking maybe Sebastian. I know he was on the cover of Glass, but Simon was on Fallen Angels, and Jace is on Lost Souls. So it can't be either of them surely.
What do you think?
