"Everything's alright. You already surpassed that stupid idiotic entertainment of the Capitol! You're not in the arena anymore! You're not fighting for your life!" Bill always assured himself, everyday before going to sleep. Every time he closed his eyes, memories flashed in his mind. Most of them were memories of his experiences in the arena... He always remember that time where he killed someone... The time when his most trusted friend betrayed him... It was just too sad and hurt that the pain was too much to bear! But still, whenever he have that dream, a mysterious black haired lady will come out. She was too bright, Bill couldn't see her face. The girl extended her hand and beckoning Bill to put his hand to hers. "You always thought you were alone, experiencing this. But you're not. Come, I'll help you. We need too help each other," the girl in his dreams always say. And if Bill will put his hands in hers, the moment it'll touch hers, he'll just woke up and find himself perspiring because of the nightmare. And, he'll always wake up, perspiring because of the nightmare. This dream always disturbed his sleep for 7 years ever since he won the 29th Hunted games. And he always wondered, who is that girl?
Bill woke up from another nightmare. He looked at the bedside clock. 8:00 am, December 1... Wait a minute! December 1?! Bill's adrenaline awoke and he found himself quickly taking a bath, wearing his black coat and pants and dashing out of his house. He quickly went to the square. Along the way he was greeted by greetings, which he was already used to. People admired their district's victor, especially if they're a mentor.
After a few minutes, Bill went to his seat and the reaping started...
"Welcome, to the annual 35th hunger games!" The woman said. "The reaping shall begin! May the odds forever be in your hands! Ladies first!" The woman said, and then, she reached her hand into the jar, and when she pulled a piece of paper out, Ly looked at her mum. The woman opened the paper, and said:
"Ly Bùi!" The woman said. Ly walked up, tears streaming down her face, as she began crying.
"Ly Bùi!" The woman said. Ly walked up, tears streaming down her face, as she began crying.
Upon seeing the reaped crying girl, Bill suddenly wanted to go to Capitol and beat the crap out if them. This was what he felt every year. He wanted to do anything to save innocent lives!
"Boys... Matthew Black!" The woman said.
Matthew stepped onto the stage, knowing this would be probably his last reaping.

((Can you send me the background of the District 9 tributes? I want to know them better as a mentor.))
((OK!))
The announcer said into the microphone:
"Final goodbyes! Now, ladies! Ly?" The woman asked, holding the microphone out of Ly. Ly chocked back a few tears, and said:
"I will miss my mother, father and little brother, and how my friends helped me in District 9. Wish me luck." She said.

((I'll continue! :D))
The announcer gave the microphone to Matthew, and Matthew said:
"Mum, dad, love you. Anila my girlfriend, if I die, don't cry. Keep your head held high." Matthew said.

"The rest of the goodbyes will be in the justice building! Feel free to go in, and say your goodbyes!" The announcer said, and the peacemakers took Ly and Matthew away.
~~~
The in the justice building, Ly was hugging her mum, dad and brother tightly. Crying was ot common for her, but she was crying, alright.
Bill's phone rang and the current president of the New Capitol was on the other line. He kept on nodding as the president talk. After a few minutes, he closed the phone and walked away going to his next destination- the train station going to the Capitol, where he'll meet the new tributes.
