Meranda (msl87) 1. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger
... finally got around to this book, and now I understand what all the hype is about. It was a page turner, and kept me interested from the beginning to the end. I would recommend this book for pretty much anybody. Wasn't too much sic-fi, or romance, it had just enough of everything to keep me interested. -- 4.5 Stars

2. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld
... This was a pretty descent book. Some consider it a Young Adult novel, so it was very easy to read. The story line was different, but not so far fetched. I could actually imagine a world like this one day. I felt like the author could have definitely done a little more since he was working with the future and what not. It's the first in a trilogy, and I plan on reading the next book, so overall, I'd recommend it for anyone who likes Young Adult, or futuristic novels. -- 3.5 Stars
