It was getting late, but the Mall was still bustling with people. He walked to his favourite coffee shop and took a seat at a table. When the waitress saw him, she brought over his usual with a large smile.

"How are you?", Margret said

"Not bad for an old man, and you?" He joked easily.

The hairs on the back if his neck stood on end, alerting him to the presence of another Vampire. He casually took a sip of his coffee and swept his gaze across the mall, searching for it.

His gaze locked onto a female vampire holding up a pair of heels in a store across the way.
