Betsy | 608 comments I was working on combining some editions of a book by Jane Gross and I noticed the instructions for linking to the author's blog. I happened to know she did have a blog so I added it.

But then I realized it was not a personal blog, but is part of the New York Times. And there are other contributors to the blog than Jane Gross. And I wonder if that's a problem. Is that a copyright issue? Do we have the right to link to a NY Times blog? Did I screw up? If so, how do I undo it?

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments If it is not her blog then I don't think we should link to it.

To remove you need to edit the author profile, select edit blog and delete

Betsy | 608 comments OK, I removed the blog and there are no posts shown on her profile page, but it still says that she has a blog -- just doesn't have any posts yet. How can I fix that?

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments There maybe a cache time on it, there is on the books that display on that page - check tomorrow see if it is gone

Lobstergirl This is not Gore Vidal's blog. Gore Vidal is dead, and also he would not have been writing in Japanese.

Truthdig.com is not "Gore Vidal's website."
