I like Nix. The Abhorsen/Old Kingdom series is one of my faves, and I enjoyed the Keys of the Kingdom series as well, which is more MG than YA.I wasn't that enthused by 'Ragwitch' though, and I never really got into any of his other series.
I am, however, eagerly waiting the *long* anticipated follow-ups to Abhorsen.
Fan here. Loved the Abhorsen series. Oddly enough, my favorite story of his is a short story, "Holy and Iron". Great story. Old fashion Tolkien fantasy.
I read a short story by him in Happily Ever After based on Hansel and Gretel. Very well done update of the fairy tale.
Loved the Abhorsen trilogy. Read Mister Monday and knew the series wasn't for me. Definitely for younger kids... probably more for boys.Wasn't sure what else he's been up to...
Clinton, I am totally excited that I found Holly and Iron in one of my fantasy collections. Thanks for the heads up on that story.
I've enjoyed his Seventh Tower series, and read M. Monday and Grim Tuesday. I have all the others in my mountain of unread books, and I look forward to reading Sabriel.
I've only read the Abhorsen trilogy but I highly enjoyed it and made me a fan of Nix. The magic system and world that he created is quite unique, definitely took a hold of my imagination =) I'm curious to check out his upcoming book A Confusion of Princes.
Clinton wrote: "I did not know he had a new book coming out. Will pick this up. Sounds interesting. Thanks, Lianne."You're welcome! It especially caught my attention because of the whole space opera setting *is always up for some space opera*

I read Sabriel, and it put him on my radar.
