Pirate Romance discussion

When you go to buy a pirate romance to read,what do you look for? What is your favorite theme to read?
Do you like the Hero to be the captor? Or the Heroine?
How about both H/H as pirates with their own ships and the battle is more with them then on the high sea's? Do you like the story/plot-romance to be totally on the ship or some of it on dry land/other places?

I enjoy ANY kind of pirate romance but if I had to pick a "favorite theme" I would have to say both the Hero/Heroine as pirates. I like it when both characters are strong-willed,the chemistry is good,lots of humorous banter. I like a good battle,but I dont care for it to take over the romance,and I prefer it to not to be all on the ship..need the story to take me to other places as well.I think a really good pirate romance will have a good balance of spit-fire characters,good plot/story and a romance that I wont soon forget!
