What do you guys think of cosmetic surgery?

I don't want to offend anyone who has gotten plastic surgery but I personally don't like it. So many things go wrong and everyone is beautiful without artificial stuff. If people choose to get it done, so be it, it's their choice.

I think that people should be as natural as possible but there are situations where I agree with plastic surgery.
Extreme cases like when a woman has breast cancer and she has to remove one breast or the two. Obviously, the poor woman is going to feel very bad and maybe even less a woman, especially in these days when good looks are so important.
In the name of the mental health of that said woman, I think that plastic surgery should be an option.

I guess I'm impartial, spend your money on it if you wish. As for non beaty enhancing cases, or as an after a medical problem, go for it.

It's okay as long as you still look decent and not a grotesque demon after you do it. Nothing seems to be wrong with it.

but sometimes there are people who are just ugly. Do not say they are beautiful inside. We are talking about the physical entirely. They are just really ugly or really plain-looking, Even they themselves think they are monsters. So I think surgery may really help them.

I guess it does boost your self esteem, it's kinda like a make-over. But they're are also potential health risks to it. I don't know, I'm not a big fan of cosmetic surgery, sorry thats just me.

I think if a person has a serious like medical defect, then yes, it's permissable- it might make thier lives easier.

But if you're just like "Eh ma gawd I want a like nose job like cuz I'm like so like populer!" Then y'know thats just not cool

My cousin was telling me about a girl who got a nose job. In ninth grade. And apparently it looked terrible.
