This group seems to be slowing down in most areas, except for the games... we need to keep pushing the rest of the group members to interact with us or they'll leave!!

I know right ? What do you suppose we do ?

More competitions (maybe try a - create a caption for this photo comp). Perhaps a guess who game? You could describe a character of a book and have the members guess who they think it is.

How about asking members who their fav GR author is and seeing if you can invite them to the group? Perhaps you could organise some of them to offer copies of their books in return for reviews?

Also, not sure if you guys remove people who aren't participating, but maybe that's an option? I'd much rather have a smaller, more active group than a huge boring one :)
