Starflight soared above the water and glided over to some pines.

Nipper landed on a branch and dropped a mouse. Ripper nodded gratefully to his brother before gulping it down

Tails zipped around nipper and ripper before landing lightly on a branch above them"hi!"she piped merrily

Nipper piped, "Hi!" Ripper said, "Hello."

"whatcha doin?"she asked curiously then saw the mouse"yuck!"she squeaked then shook the thought away and hummed quietly with a distant look

Nipper looked at her like she was out of her mind, "A mouse..? And owls eat mice...?"

she made a face and dashed down when she heard the soft chirping of a cricket and she returned with a small cricket in her beak before it disappeared

Ripper cocked his head, confused

she rolled her eyes then stood next to the mouse,being just a little bigger than it

Nipper flew off. Ripper pushed the mouse away

she jumped towards Ripper"where is he going?"she asked curiously

Nipper shrugged, "Off to find some prey for himself since he is still hungry."

she nodded and flew up landing on a higher branch

Ripper stopped in the sky and peered down

she followed boredly

Ripper tucked in his wings as he flew down and grabbed a mouse.

she hovered in the sky but then she looked down and up and screamed when Phoenix dive-bombed her his huge talons around her

Ripper looked up, horrified. Nipper screeched, "We have to save her!"

Just so you know owls are awake at night not day))

(yeah, but these owls sometimes like the day))

she screamed"LET ME GO!"and struggled"shut up,or your dead"he growled then chuckled"oh wait,youll be dead either way"

Nipper flew up Ripper followed

he landed in his nest dropping her in it and she jumped to the far corner but she felt her left wing give out

he turned around"go get you own snack!"he snapped

Ripper screeched and clawed at his eyes. Nipper pushed Whoever is her name out of the nest.

tails screamed and landed with a thud on a lower cliff,she swore to herself

he screeched and dove forward

Ripper flew off. Nipper gave Phoenix one hard scracth before flying off

he dove after them

tails floated down

ripper grabbed Tails in his beak and and muffled, "Hang on, things are going to be rough." He folded his wings and at full speed he flew down. Nipper landed on a tree branch, keeping a good distance

she tensed and closed her eyes tight

he circled around looking for them

Ripper spat out Tails and hopped under the undergrowth. Nipper followed

she hid under some roots till the shadow disappeared

Phoenix returned to his nest swearing

Nipper said, "You shouldn't fly when it is daylight."

she rolled her eyes"i cant see at night!"she said

Ripper shrugged. Nipper peeked out just in case Phoenix was gone

she shook her head and caught a grasshopper in her beak

"Eww!" Ripper and Nipper looked away

"well they dont bleed!"she protested

Thickly glided in the air and perched near an unaware mouse. He flew back up. When he was close enough, he dived down and killed the mouse. He gnawed the mouse and laft nothing but bones. He sighed and flapped his wings, launching him into the air.

Nipper narrowed his eyes

slice flew around and circled the sky, she saw two owls and a sicssor tail flycatcher and divebombed the area to find somewhay to help

Tails squealed and dove for cover
