I would say either the monsterious nightmare or the Night Fury.

Night Fury is epic. I also like the Terrible Terror, it's cute.
My son says the Monstrous Nightmare is the best. I like the dopy basic browns.

I admit it. I LOVE Toothless. A dragon small enough I could carry in my purse? What's not to love?!

I adore the terrifying Toothless Daydream. Stubborn and naughty he may be, but he's the only dragon that isn't that selfish. I also have a soft spot for Deadly Nadders they are so sweet and adorable. Although I only like them in the movies.
the scaldren is the best because it is immune to the poison flowers.
they are cute but feisty.
Breath qunchers are creepy
