Coeliac discussion

I am glad to see that there is a Celiac group on here, although it is small. I have written a children's book on Celiac's disease to help develop awareness, and to help Celiac children cope. It's actually about my son! He and all three of my children are gluten intolerant. I am as well.

I have Celiac Disease, but I have been having a lot of problem with Tummy/Stomach pains after I ate Pasta, Bread, etc. I've been having problems as long as I can remember.
Well, about almost a month ago I had a Cold and every time I ate something with Gluten it would hurt my stomach, so I decided to go Gluten-Free. I haven't had a problem since.
I've been eating Gluten-Free for about 3 weeks and I LOVE IT and I don't miss the Gluten at all. I haven't had any pain either.
My 13 year old cousin, Aurelia has Celiac Disease. She has other problems, too.
I'm glad that I went Gluten-Free. It's just too bad I didn't do this a long time ago.
