sexism? (haha ally let's get braven in on that one... XD)
Maybe. But Gay Marriage can lead into a lot of disagreements because everyone is on different sides of the whole thing and has completely different beliefs.
Don't want it to get out of control though...
The rules are quite obvious - respect others views and if you disagree, say your point but don't go mad about it. And no one should be mean to each other outside the debate discussion on other topics or keep debating about something outside of the debate discussion.

How about Siblings? Debate anything and everything sibling related, like parental favorites or what people think it would be like to have siblings if they are only children
I have one that I want to put up! Women's Rights has come up again and I would like to put up a debate. Or discussion. Also, IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OF 18 OR UP PLEASE VOTE FOR THE SIDE THAT WANTS WOMEN'S RIGHTS!!!
Do you think school curriculum or the social atmosphere contributed to your anti discriminatory nature?NOTE: I am not taking credit for the debate idea above. It is Robert's idea. I am simply interested in having this debate but no one seems to be starting it.
This House Believes That A Group of Countries Should Unilaterally Invade Syria With or Without the Consent of the United Nations and its Security Council.
NOTE: The above motion is a little heavy, but if anyone is interested... Just in case the above one is rejected (most likely will be), here's another one:
This House Believes That Religion Should Reserve the Right to Hold Authors of Books Containing Conspiracy Theories Guilty of Defamation When Negative Effects on the Perception of Said Religions can be proven.
The above motion means that any religion can sue an author, e.g. Dan Brown, for creating/publicizing a conspiracy theory for defamation, assuming that the book is proven to make people have a bad perception about the religion in question. Confusing, but thought-provoking.
Hmmmmmmm . . . That's interesting. It isn't really a debate though . . . Unless you mean to debate how many a grown person would be able to take on?
How about nationality? Like, people with no nationality, nations who's cultures are shunned, etc. etc.
Or maybe we can discuss like, academic results. For example, do you think the school-age should be lowered/made higher, should they do something about SATs, etc. etc.
