What each district does.

District 1 : Responsible for the manufacturing of luxury items.

District 2 : masonry & weaponry

District 3: Specializes in electronics

District 4: Fishing and marine stuffs

District 5: Power

District 6: Transportation

District 7: Lumber and Paper

District 8: Textiles and Factories

District 9: Grain

District 10: Livestock

District 11: Agriculture

District 12: Coal
