Why do we need to make him famous? He might be infamous but I don't want him to be famous for all those deeds.

Famous, like how Hitler is famous. All famous means is that the person is widely known.

Yeah, "Make Him Famous" is their slogan and since most people don't know who he is, we are making him, "famous".
