By paranormal do you mean like vampires, werewolves, angels, demons, etc.?

I love anything paranormal but I just don't particulary like books about fae/fairies.

I love reading paranormal romance and the Twilight series was one of my first paranormal books that got me reading the genre.

Ok, well I am not a big fan of romances, but if it includes paranormalness (<---- not a real word) then I usually like them because they usually have a lot of action and stuff too. BUT... not if the main theme is vampires, werewolves or ghosts. I like books like City of Bones because even though there are vampires and werewolves, they are not the main theme, and there are other things like angels, demons, etc.
