I was just double checking since I didn't see it in your TBR challenge. I will be counting it in mine and if I can get Ron to join the TBR challenge he can count it as well.
I just added the buddy read of Fire on Dark Water to our challenge list and asked if anyone else wanted to join. Any ideas when we may want to do this one? I put the date as sometime this year for now.

I'll add you to the Costain read. Do you have a copy already? Misfit warned me about the text close into the spine on the hardcover so I'm trying to get a PB but keep having terrible luck. I've got to check on some other reads and I'm supposed to be helping out with homeschooling for my nieces so I'm trying to get that schedule ironed out, and check with Ron.

Yes I have PB copies of all his books.
ALL his books! Well, aren't you lucky. I'm having a heck of a time getting a copy of Rode With Me and the library has none, all 12 branches not one copy of this book. I'm now trying my third order, hopefully it is the lucky one.

I just found this post, drives me crazy all these notifications I don't get.In the men's section, that is funny. Did they have all the women's authors in the women's section and vice versa? Sorry, just couldn't resist asking that. LOL

As a matter of fact..yes :)
No way! Are you serious? That would certainly reinforce the old myth that men can't write for women and there is no way women could possibly write anything that a man would read.

That's because women are worth more, right?
What a positive way to look at that Hayes ;o) but so very curious. I am not surprised when you said it was a man who owned the store. Did that mean all genres were lumped together too? At least they were alphabetical, I hope.

Fiction, non-fiction everything separated by the sex of the author? That makes it easy classifying things for him doesn't it? I wonder what he does with authors who have pseudonyms opposite to their sex or that use initials and have no photo or bios.I think it's funny, I'm still having difficulty getting that one Thomas Costain book and you got all of them in one shot ;o)
