Hey everyone just wanted to shout out, and tell everyone about the awesome planetary picnic I had with the kids. Tonight in the uk at least you can see 4 other planets. It was so fun. We went up on top of a huge mountainous area and looked up covered in blankets and eating a picnic lunch and watched the stars with 0 light pollution. It was amazing. I had the flu but a mums got to do what a mums got to do. It was a blast in the end and the dog had a good run around as well.

What is everyone else doing this weekend?

i saw mars with my partner and our kids then we saw 2 others behind us do u know what the list of the 4 planets where i only knew that one of em was mars lol soooo bad.

Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and mercury. But mercury you have to see right at sunset.

I took me the kids and the dog up to the highest hill I could find. It was gorgeous no light pollution nothing, it was gorgeous but the dog kept chasing sheep.

lol yeh it was amazing tho we hadnt heard of it happening that night other wise we would of had dinner in the garden,we only noticed because my partner went outside to put our rabbit away then he called us to come and c the sky :)

It's so true though as a mom I read a lot I think of reading romance as an escape just like they are implying. Interesting!

Good morning ladies, I finally got my little laptop back after my daughter had conviently placed it in her bedroom under piles of clothes.

Hope you are all well, my intentions have been good to start The Host but I am afraid Black Dagger Brotherhood won out, I had to read Lover Unleashed !!

Good morning (or afternoon for you) Paula ! I helped my daughter clean her room this weekend and found clothes and items of mine I haven't seen more MONTHS ! Glad you got your laptop back :-)

Lol Carrie I am so frightend to look under my teenagers beds and its not the monsters I am worried about lol !!!

Saying I got my laptop back its conviently gone again, now my 11 year old has taken to trying out the internet, so don't think I stand a chance now!!!

My 10 year old daughter surfs the web life it's her career so we have to highly watch where she goes and what she does. My soon to be 6 year old know how to go into the "favorites" so he can play the games he wants. We have 2 laptops at home right now (one without many of its keys) and that still doesn't give us all enough share time. Thank heavens I can sit on the computer most of my day at work !!

Tommy has never showed an interest in computers before, now he wants mine all the time *stamps foot* not fair !!!

Cannot afford another one and hubby says I have to share *double foot stamp and sulky face*

I am on Ya kick at the moment, struggling to get into it, doesnt help having a streaming cold and thumping head though lol !!!

I am into the YA thing too right now. I just finished the Perfect Chemistry series and Reason to Breathe (super good by the way) now I am waiting until May 1st for part 2 of RTB to come out, called Barely Breathing

I've been crazy busy. Had to work a long stretch at work. The weather is nice here also. I like to take lots of walks and listen to books in the summer time

I love that too Gin, love to read in the summer, nothing better then a chair, drink, book and the sun !!

Don't forget water. Ocean, lake, pool......doesn't matter as long as there is water!
